Let's Explore!
You will need your buddy for these activities. Do not get signed off until both of you are done with each activity.
Go to a computer with your buddy. Complete the webquest and answer the questions on the Stone Soup Study Sheet, which is attached to your plan.
- Read the fable Stone Soup online here. On the back of your Stone Soup Study Sheet, draw a picture of your favorite part of the story.
- Sing the Stone Soup song online. Click here and you'll find the melody to the song attached to your Webquest Study Sheet. Sing along until the music stops, then sing the rest of the verses without the music.
- Go to this website and make a computer vegetable salad. Answer the questions on your study sheet about vegetables you put in the salad.
- Go to My Pyramid and answer the questions about the Food Pyramid.
- Now let's play a game! HINT: Read the Mission Briefing before you play! It will help you win the game if you do what it says!
- Time for a quiz. See how many you can get right on this quiz about eating healthy foods.
