What We Will Do
- Visit several websites with information about continents
- Play a few online games to quiz our knowledge of continents
- Do a Continents Project to teach our classmates more about a continent we are interested in learning more about.
Let's Explore
1. The earth is an amazing place! Let’s go on a scavenger hunt! Go to Enchanted Learning to find the answers to the questions on your study guide about continent extremes.
2. Play a game to identify the continents at National Geographic Kids to learn a little more about the continents. Psssst: Here’s a tip: in this game, Australia is called Oceana!
3. Now let’s take a quiz to see how much you’ve learned. Report your score on your worksheet.
How Did You Do?
You’re finished! We hope you enjoyed working with the laptops and learned something new today.
Next you need to:
1. Show Mrs. Hood your worksheet so she can initial that you completed the computer portion of your task.
2. Take your worksheet to Mrs. Michael. She will check your work for completeness and will discuss how you did with you.
